According to this advert, Lava offered this model in 6 distinctive colorways:
1. Red Base with Green Liquid, 2. Orange Base with Yellow Liquid, 3. Green Base with Blue Liquid, 4. Yellow Base with Blue-Green Liquid, 5. Cream Base with Lavender Liquid, 6. Red Base with Clear Liquid. This brochure displays the lamps with switches directly on the bases and mentions a free clever 3D display that is free for any order of 12 units.

Below one can see a wonderful early advert from Stern Brothers dating to the 12th December 1965, displayed in the Los Angeles Times.
Like nothing you've ever seen before! The glowing, constantly moving liquid in Lava Lite takes endless entertaining shapes. Four color combinations stated: Orange base with yellow liquid, Green with blue, yellow with blue/ green, red with clear. Please see below.

Below. The Imperial: King-size elegance and beauty. The Imperial 5000 series: Model 5102: 0range Wax and Clear Liquid: $149.50 Model 5103: Green Wax and Clear Liquid $149.50 Model 5106: Red Wax and Clear Liquid.
The Savoy 300 Series. Non-electric model that is cordless and carefree. It can placed just about anywhere and works on candlelight. This model was also sold as an amazing gift pack with happy writing on the bottle.
Below: The Aristocrat 1000 Series. The Decorator 1000 Series. The Royal Series 4000. The 2000 Series. The Aristocrats below feature the special gold flecked bodywork with base colours of white and black. The Decorator features a tray/ dish that allows the end user to place artificial flowers and dress up the lamp however they wish.
The Royal Series features both wall and table models with regal elegance. The 2000 series is a slightly cheaper version of the 4000 series.

Below one can see a wonderful advert in the Chicago Tribune for Service Electric which have dedicated an advert to the Lava Lite. There is a whole myriad of models featured and drawn by hand with captions. The lovely part of the advert is the lava blob rising with the text Lava Lite - The Decorator Lite of a million moving shapes! Please see below.

Below one can see a wonderful advert dating to the 29th March 1967, displayed in the Los Angeles Times, which displays a vintage Lava Lite lamp for sale bubbling away. The brochure describes the lamp as:
