The following details are found under a Jupiter 2: Bulb: TH 12V 20W 64 Supply: 220/250v 50Hz Transformer rating 20VA. ------------------------------------------------------ Mathmos Telstar - Purple Anodised Body: Violet/White. Below are the metal parts from the Pinkish/ Purple anodised Mathmos Telstar design. The base cone and the cap are anodised in a pinkish purple colour. The legs of the Telstar have been fastened into place and not clipped in, like later editions of the Telstar. Originally this model would have shipped with polished legs but over time the fins of the Telstars do turn dull and require polishing. This poster shows the Blue Telstar featuring a Blue/White colour combination. Astro: £49.95 - Silver Anodised Aluminium. 5 Colour Combinations. Violet/Red, Violet/Orange, Clear/Grey, Blue/White and Pink/Orange. Jet: £39.95. Black anodised aluminium. 5 Colour Combinations. Faze 2: Launched by mathmos 1995 discontinued 1997 approx. Consisted of silver anodised base and cap and pvc cylinder shape shade, base supporting vertical rod holding 2 coloured light bulbs. 2 models available consisting of 2 different sets of coloured bulbs. faze 2.1 red/blue faze 2.2 red/yellow. Please note: FAZE 1: Launched by mathmos 1994 discontinued 1995. A hemispherical polished aluminium base supporting a vertical rod holding 3 coloured light bulbs, each came with self assembly shade consisting of 2inch wide strips of PVC. Telstar: £59.95. Polished silver legs, various coloured anodised aluminium bodies. David with help from Cressida designed the Telstar and Lunar products. They were essentially drawn "around" the bottles using french curves to find the most streamlined shape. The Telstar design was Registered and the drawings should be in the file at Poole. Silver Polished Body: Violet/Red, Violet/Orange & Yellow/Red.
